The Kingston Church of Christ in Jamaica is inviting applications for the positions of male and female ministry leaders of a church of about 60 members in Montego Bay, Jamaica. The responsibilities would include developing local leaders, preaching, teaching, and counseling. The salary is modest but the adventure is great. The applicants should preferably be a married couple, but singles will also be considered.

  • Be member of an ICOC church for at least three years
  • Have proven ministry leadership experience in the ICOC
  • Have a good reputation in their congregations and with their leaders
  • Have preaching and teaching experience
  • Speak English as a first language
  • Be biblically grounded
  • Be able to work as a team with the current ministry staff
  • Be willing to be directed and trained by the leadership in Kingston
  • Be willing to be in the position for at least three years
