Early registration of $40 ends Sunday, May 14. From May 15 through June 9, the regular rate is $55.
This cost covers general session and break out rooms, set-up costs and incidentals. The first 100 registrations get a complimentary t-shirt.
- The room rate is $198.00 per person for a one-person room.
- The room rate is $99.00 per person for two people in a room.
- The room rate is $72.67 per person for three to a room.
- The room rate is $59.50 per person for four to a room.
- All rooms have two queen size beds.
The cost for four meals (breakfast, lunch, & dinner—Saturday, breakfast—Sunday) is $44.00.
You will call Ridgecrest through May 14 and pay half of the room/meal cost and the other half will be paid when you arrive. They will take your credit card over the phone and when you arrive (credit card or cash).
